Return Policy

Any unopened item can be returned for any reason within 30 days. Upon receipt of the item, we will credit your credit card for the price of the item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we made an error. Please contact us at info@digitalmusicdesign.com or call us (toll-free) at 877-479-2457. Please reference your order number.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective item (please reference your order number). You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. (A defective item can only be replaced by the same item--another cannot be substituted.)
